Build strong partnerships with Digital, CRM, Analytics, Creative, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand and member experiences.

Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage project timelines and stakeholder communications, support campaign asset delivery and performance reporting, and improve marketing operations across CRM, Digital, Analytics, Partnerships, and Creative teams.

Manage end-to-end configuration, execution, monitoring, and quality assurance of personalized loyalty offers using Salesforce Loyalty Management. Coordinate campaigns with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, maintain offer calendars and dashboards, and support continuous improvement of marketing operations to deliver accurate member experiences.
