Lead and scale an Operational Excellence function within Global Quality, driving Lean deployment, capability building, roadmap execution, process optimization, hands-on problem solving, and behavior change across chapters and manufacturing sites to deliver measurable productivity, cost and quality improvements. Support the Quality Unites Us program and provide field coaching, governance, and digital transformation integration.

Serve as strategic finance partner to commercial leadership, driving portfolio prioritization, financial planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and ROI assessment. Ensure accurate financial reporting and controls, integrate analytics across finance, supply chain and patient programs, and lead automation and AI-enabled improvements to forecasting and reporting. Collaborate across functions and global finance communities to implement best practices and support decision-making.

Develop and optimize software components and pipelines for Roche's SBX sequencing platform. Implement and maintain production-ready code (Python, C/C++), CI/CD, containerized ML deployments, and efficient genomic data processing using HPC or cloud resources (SLURM, AWS/GCP). Collaborate on algorithm implementation, performance profiling, and workflow engineering (Nextflow/Airflow).

Owner of electronic regulatory submission programming workflows, delivering SDTM/ADaM datasets and submission-ready outputs. Ensures compliance with evolving regulatory guidelines, optimizes workflows and automation, mentors programmers, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives inspection-ready, scalable submission solutions.

Provide legal support for clinical research and product development by drafting, negotiating, and managing clinical trial agreements, confidentiality and product development contracts; ensure compliance with Canadian healthcare and data privacy laws; collaborate with internal teams and external research institutions; maintain contract templates, playbooks, and resolve contract-related issues to accelerate study execution.
