Execute sourcing and contract activities for R&D categories: conduct market and internal analysis, negotiate contracts and budgets, manage suppliers, improve procurement content and automation, support stakeholder demand, and deliver process and project improvements.

Lead digital procurement strategy and owned solutions, focusing on external workforce governance. Drive process optimisation, analytics-led insights, vendor roadmap influence, and governance (workflows, thresholds, access) while collaborating across Procurement, IT, BPM and vendors to deliver automation and exceptional user experience.

Oversee quality oversight for GxP suppliers (CDMOs, CROs, direct material providers), manage QC and QA activities for biologics, lead MAR batch release and investigations, negotiate and maintain Quality Agreements, mitigate compliance risks via risk management, and support technical transfers and site inspections.
