  • You operate with a continuous improvement mindset to proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for improved alignment, communications, and resource across key planned and ad-hoc efforts with a bias for action

  • You independently organize and manage recurring leadership meetings (including Quant Team), develop agendas, and document and support the drive and follow-through of outcomes and next steps

  • You maintain tools for initiative tracking, performance monitoring, and cross-functional alignment

  • You lead or co-lead preparation of communications and presentations for functional updates, governance forums, senior leadership reviews, and evolving sub-functional or PDD-wide requirements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

Who you are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, public health, or data sciences

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business planning, or project management in pharma or healthcare settings; or an advanced degree with 5 years of equivalent work experience
