Own end-to-end risk strategy projects to detect and prevent fraud: analyze onboarding, account, and transaction data; design, test, and tune fraud rules; backtest impacts; implement tooling and vendor data; collaborate with Risk Ops, Product, Engineering, and Data; and communicate insights to stakeholders to balance fraud prevention with customer experience.

Manage and optimize a $2–3M monthly paid media program across search, social, publisher, CTV, YouTube, and direct mail. Own budget allocation, testing, vendor relationships, and creative feedback loops. Use SQL and Metabase daily, work with data scientists on attribution and MMM, scale publisher and paid social channels, and protect LTV:CAC unit economics while driving approvals.

As a Risk Analyst, you will monitor transactions for fraud and compliance, document investigations, and ensure quick approvals for legitimate businesses while managing potential fraud threats.

Design end-to-end product experiences for SMB banking: discovery, prototyping, and production-ready UI. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.

Own the self-serve acquisition lifecycle to convert leads to registered customers and support onboarding to first funding/action. Design multi-channel journeys (email, push, SMS, in-app), run A/B tests with clear attribution, partner cross-functionally, use AI to accelerate work, and document standards and experiments in Notion.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop fintech products, manage system infrastructure, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive technical improvements.

Manage Relay's affiliate program and support end-to-end influencer campaigns: creator research, brief and outreach drafting, content review for compliance and brand fit, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
