Lead complex web development projects across architecture, performance, accessibility, SEO, content platforms, analytics, experimentation, and AI-assisted workflows. Build and optimize Relay’s Next.js platform using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Tailwind, and Contentful. Own projects from planning through launch, improve scalability and maintainability, establish testing strategies, mentor developers, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and external agencies.

Manage and scale Relay’s performance marketing program across paid search, social, publisher, CTV, direct mail, and other channels. Lead and develop performance marketers, own channel and testing strategies, audit vendors, manage publisher relationships, establish performance reporting rhythms, and guide budget planning. Partner with Analytics and Creative to improve targeting and campaigns while optimizing toward approvals, LTV:CAC, attribution, and incrementality.

Lead Relay’s Data Platform team and senior data engineers. Own platform health, Snowflake cost optimization, real-time data strategy, observability, infrastructure reliability, AI-enabled data capabilities, and technical prioritization. The role includes developing engineers, managing operating rhythms, balancing technical debt with business value, and partnering across the company to improve speed, efficiency, and risk management.
