Lead delivery, technical strategy, engineering processes, cross-functional collaboration, and people management for the Accounts engineering team. Build and scale a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and performance management while shipping high-quality fintech products. Partner with Product, Design, and leadership to align technical execution with customer and business needs, manage tradeoffs, and improve predictable delivery.

As a Risk Analyst, you will monitor transactions for fraud and compliance, document investigations, and ensure quick approvals for legitimate businesses while managing potential fraud threats.

Own and build Relay’s end-to-end compliance program covering AML, sanctions, KYB/CDD, regulatory change, monitoring, testing, investigations, and governance. Manage the sponsor-bank relationship, audit and exam readiness, product approvals, reporting, and remediation. Build and lead the compliance team, introduce AI and automation, embed compliance into product development, and provide board-level reporting on risk and program effectiveness.
