The Director of Engineering will lead and scale the engineering team to support the company's growth, fostering innovation and aligning engineering strategies with business goals.

Design, build, and operate end-to-end fintech features; own production systems and infrastructure; collaborate with Product and Design; mentor juniors; drive technical improvements, reliability, and scalability across the platform.
