Lead strategic sourcing across food, ingredients, packaging, and white-label products. Develop portfolio strategies, conduct RFx processes, negotiate supplier agreements, optimize vendor networks, and deliver savings and cost-avoidance analysis. Build supplier partnerships, support resilience planning, manage supplier transitions, and own sourcing KPIs and dashboards. Lead and develop a sourcing team while collaborating with culinary, quality, production, supply chain, and finance stakeholders.

Coordinates office operations, workplace health and safety, employee lifecycle administration, training records, engagement initiatives, internal communications, events, and culture programs. The role improves administrative processes through technology, automation, and AI tools while supporting HR reporting, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience across office and production environments.

Manages relationships with a portfolio of child care clients, serving as their primary contact and resolving service, contract, menu, allergen, delivery, and documentation needs. The coordinator records communications, collaborates cross-functionally, onboards new centres, conducts trainings, surveys clients, tracks metrics, processes data changes, supports client initiatives, and contributes to client-facing communications and service improvements.
