Real Food for Real Kids (RFRK) is a healthy catering company serving child care centres, schools and camps across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. It provides nutritious meals and snacks to children and makes recipes designed to be delicious, healthy and affordable. Its mission is to enable and inspire a lifetime of healthy eating by helping children understand food, reconnecting families with real food, and encouraging healthier choices.
