Lead the integration and automation of global trade and export-control requirements across Pratt & Whitney’s digital enterprise. Advise technology and business leaders, translate regulatory requirements into system controls and processes, evolve automated export-control systems, establish governance, assess compliance risks, and drive enterprise alignment. The role requires strategic leadership, senior-stakeholder influence, and approximately 10% travel between company sites.

Lead large-scale, global digital transformation programs focused on ERP, SAP and CRM. Own integrated program plans, governance, budgets, risks, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment and business readiness. Partner with executives, solution architects, engineering and vendors, run steering committees, and manage globally distributed delivery teams to deliver multi-million-dollar initiatives using Agile, hybrid or traditional methodologies.

Lead design, configure, test, and deploy SAP MM and PP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA. Partner with procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing stakeholders to optimize P2P and Plan-to-Produce processes, manage integrations (Ariba, FI/CO, SD, EWM), lead requirements, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and mentor junior team members while contributing to S/4HANA transformation and governance.

Lead site-level global trade compliance for Plant 22 and Engineering: develop and implement GT strategies, coordinate GT council and communications, guide employees on classification, screening, authorizations and transfers, deploy training and infrastructure improvements, support audits/investigations, and drive continuous compliance and ethical culture.

Serve as SAP FI/CO/PS subject-matter expert on large-scale deployments: lead finance workstreams, run blueprint workshops, translate business requirements to configurable SAP solutions, ensure module integrations, write functional specs, coordinate development and deployment, and provide post-deployment functional support and documentation. Bilingual (French/English) and manufacturing/service industry process knowledge required.

Onsite SAP logistics systems analyst supporting Warehousing and Sales & Distribution. Lead ERP/SAP S/4HANA initiatives, gather requirements, design/configure SAP PP solutions, ensure integrations, troubleshoot functional/technical issues, drive process improvements, transfer knowledge to support teams, and participate in project delivery with stakeholders and vendors.

Lead SAP logistics projects by analyzing business needs, specifying requirements, configuring SAP (primarily MM and PP), ensuring integration with ARIBA and S/4HANA, producing project documentation, enabling knowledge transfer, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Serve as an onsite SAP functional analyst for Production Planning (PP) within an S/4HANA transformation. Gather and document business requirements, configure SAP PP, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, lead ERP projects, enable integrations, drive process improvements, transfer knowledge to support teams, and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams. Travel and security/clearance checks may be required.
