By joining our Digital Technologies team in Longueuil, you will help deliver IT solutions for the Operations organization, with a particular focus on the Logistics and Supply Management business units. You will also be a key contributor to our Digital Transformation at PWC, working in a multi-vendor environment and overseeing vendor activities.
As a Functional Analyst, you will assess, propose, plan, and perform activities related to detailed analysis and design to deliver Digital Technology Solutions for Operations. Your responsibilities will include finding and proposing innovative solutions that enable process automation, leveraging best practices and technologies within the company’s application processes and architecture.
You will need to:
Understand enterprise problems, business processes and goals.
Analyze business needs and help articulate clear requirements.
Estimate, plan, and deliver all size type of DT projects.
Respect project timelines and budget.
Validate that solutions meet business requirements.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Work closely with business subject matter experts, Solution Architecture, SAP Competency Center, and other digital technology experts.
Lead specific logistics projects, including Web/Intranet and SAP Portal projects.
Ensure global systems integration of SAP MM, PP, and ARIBA with other SAP modules across the suite of core applications.
Configure SAP, primarily in MM and PP modules.
Create and develop documentation related to projects, such as flow charts, activity profiles, test scripts, configuration specifications, and other related materials.
Ensure that adequate knowledge transfer occurs from the project development team to the post go-live support team.
Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by SAP functionality and related bolt-on applications to promote best practices and drive business benefits.
What do you need to be successful?
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working with SAP products and implementing SAP logistics solutions
Proficiency in business process design, SAP ECC PP, MM, ARIBA, and S4 Hana configuration.
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
Participated or led project teams to deliver SAP solutions based on Supply Management processes
Excellent analytical skills
Project Management skill set
Strong communicator with good facilitation skills
Open-minded, flexible approach to consider options/alternatives
Desired Qualifications:
SAP certification
Good knowledge of other SAP modules / systems such as QM, PM, SD, SRM, GTS and Microsoft xRM
Familiarity with Export Compliance regulations
Familiarity with Web technology, SAP portal, PI, Web industry standards
Understanding of programming languages and debugging tools in ABAP

The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
