Lead the integration and automation of global trade and export-control requirements across Pratt & Whitney’s digital enterprise. Advise technology and business leaders, translate regulatory requirements into system controls and processes, evolve automated export-control systems, establish governance, assess compliance risks, and drive enterprise alignment. The role requires strategic leadership, senior-stakeholder influence, and approximately 10% travel between company sites.

Lead large-scale, global digital transformation programs focused on ERP, SAP and CRM. Own integrated program plans, governance, budgets, risks, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment and business readiness. Partner with executives, solution architects, engineering and vendors, run steering committees, and manage globally distributed delivery teams to deliver multi-million-dollar initiatives using Agile, hybrid or traditional methodologies.

Lead design, configure, test, and deploy SAP MM and PP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA. Partner with procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing stakeholders to optimize P2P and Plan-to-Produce processes, manage integrations (Ariba, FI/CO, SD, EWM), lead requirements, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and mentor junior team members while contributing to S/4HANA transformation and governance.
