It's just amazing to be able to work whenever, however, as long as you communicate with your team and make sure that it works for your client work as well. But it allows you to really do some of the things that are important to you outside of the firm, but also getting your work done and having an impact within the firm as well.

My team incorporates wellness activities when we're virtual by starting each of our meetings with a brief 30 second stretch. This helps us to loosen up before a meeting and just get a brief stretch in throughout the day. When we're in the office, a few of us will try to take a lunch break together so that we can step away from our desk, maybe get our steps in, take a brief walk, and just to reset.

The firm and my colleagues have been very supportive of me as a working parent. People have been understanding of the fact that sometimes there is a sick child, and I may have to leave work early to take him or her to an appointment. But they always know that I'm going to get back online later to finish anything that's outstanding.

My favorite perk of PwC has got to be the flexibility. There are many things that I like to get involved in outside of work, be it charity, sports, fitness, or just being with family. And PwC has really enabled me, and often times my teams have completely supported me to be involved in these, whether it be leaving early to go to the gym on a given night or going home to cook dinner with some family, or it's supporting my hours and time that I want to devote to charity outside of PwC.
