Owner of ARR and retention analytics to surface churn/expansion risks and opportunities. Maintain ARR reporting, support renewals and month-end close, uphold data governance, implement revenue tools, enable cross-functional initiatives, and provide ad hoc analysis to improve Customer Success operations and drive revenue growth.

Own and build Snowflake-based data platform and ELT pipelines from SaaS sources into Snowflake, using Snowpark Python workloads.
