Lead design and delivery of product training and enablement for customers and internal teams. Build learning strategy, create instructional content, facilitate sessions, integrate learning technologies and AI, measure program impact, and coach a small team to drive capability and business outcomes.

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing significant accounts, expanding the customer base through sales, and collaborating across departments to enhance client relationships.

Design, build, and ship production-grade distributed features within cross-functional agile teams. Contribute to architecture, prototype solutions, write automated tests, debug and profile distributed systems, resolve defects, coordinate technical dependencies, perform code reviews, and share knowledge to improve product quality and team practices.

Own and optimize the Java OLAP cube engine (Atoti/ActivePivot-like), ensuring correctness and low-latency aggregation across large, complex financial models. Collaborate with .NET consumers, define service contracts, profile and tune JVM performance, resolve OLAP-specific defects, and deliver thorough unit and integration tests.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners: build partner plans, drive pipeline and revenue, support partner sales cycles and onboarding, run joint campaigns and events, forecast results, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand Prophix adoption.

Design, build, and maintain modular .NET features for an FP&A platform. Implement data access against Aurora Serverless, build event-driven integrations, apply module-based authorization, write automated unit and integration tests, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews and cross-module architecture, and coordinate technical dependencies in a domain-driven modular-monolith.

Support finance operations including channel partner and sales commission accounting, contract/deal desk processing, and operational reporting. Use Excel, SQL/Python, AI tools, and ERP/CRM systems to improve processes, prepare journal entries, coordinate payroll/submissions, respond to stakeholders, and assist audits and onboarding.

Design and build automated GTM workflows and data pipelines, integrate and evaluate sales/marketing tools, create CRM and seller productivity automations, and document technical configurations to support Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

Owner of ARR and retention analytics to surface churn/expansion risks and opportunities. Maintain ARR reporting, support renewals and month-end close, uphold data governance, implement revenue tools, enable cross-functional initiatives, and provide ad hoc analysis to improve Customer Success operations and drive revenue growth.

Own and build Snowflake-based data platform and ELT pipelines from SaaS sources into Snowflake, using Snowpark Python workloads. Design schemas, enforce governance, implement data quality and monitoring, optimize performance and cost, and enable AI-ready datasets (embeddings, feature stores, Cortex functions). Partner with RevOps, Finance, CS, and Analytics Engineers to deliver reliable, production-grade data for reporting and AI workflows.
