Owner of ARR and retention analytics to surface churn/expansion risks and opportunities. Maintain ARR reporting, support renewals and month-end close, uphold data governance, implement revenue tools, enable cross-functional initiatives, and provide ad hoc analysis to improve Customer Success operations and drive revenue growth.

Own and build Snowflake-based data platform and ELT pipelines from SaaS sources into Snowflake, using Snowpark Python workloads. Design schemas, enforce governance, implement data quality and monitoring, optimize performance and cost, and enable AI-ready datasets (embeddings, feature stores, Cortex functions). Partner with RevOps, Finance, CS, and Analytics Engineers to deliver reliable, production-grade data for reporting and AI workflows.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Referral, Reseller, and ISV partners across an assigned territory. Recruit, onboard, and enable partners, build territory and partner plans, drive partner-led pipeline and revenue, collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, professional services), represent Prophix at events, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
