Leads North American Professional Services consultants and Solution Architects delivering Prophix One implementations and migrations. Oversees project timelines, scope, quality, margins, risks, client satisfaction, capacity planning, and delivery standards. Hires, coaches, and develops team members while serving as a senior escalation point. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and leadership on client engagements, scoping, handoffs, and portfolio health. The hybrid role requires finance software implementation experience, project management expertise, AI workflow adoption, and occasional client travel.

Own end-to-end implementations of Prophix One for small-to-medium clients, including project management, solution design, platform configuration, financial modeling, reporting, training, troubleshooting, and go-live support. Build client relationships, manage risks and timelines, maintain project systems, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires financial acumen, GAAP knowledge, strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort presenting to senior finance leaders. Travel within North America and internationally may be required.

Designs Prophix One solutions by translating client requirements into technical system designs. Coaches consultants, conducts design reviews and model audits, maintains implementation standards, advocates for customer needs with Product Management, supports pre-sales proofs of concept, and contributes finance expertise to Sales and Marketing. The role manages concurrent client engagements while improving delivery methodology and team capabilities.
