Lead the build of a North American customer expansion motion for a B2B SaaS product: design territory and account-planning frameworks, coach Customer Account Managers to CFO-level conversations, run rigorous pipeline inspection and forecasting, align Sales, Customer Success and RevOps, use product usage data and AI to prioritize expansion opportunities, and own retention and expansion outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Referral, Reseller, and ISV partners across an assigned territory. Recruit, onboard, and enable partners, build territory and partner plans, drive partner-led pipeline and revenue, collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, professional services), represent Prophix at events, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.

As a Solutions Consultant at Prophix, you will engage with clients to understand their financial needs, deliver product demos, and develop proof-of-concept environments while collaborating with sales teams.
