Lead a global Customer Success organization responsible for retention, growth, customer health, adoption, renewals, and strategic account relationships. Build scalable cross-product strategies, playbooks, processes, and metrics while coaching managers and developing organizational depth. Partner with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Revenue Operations to improve customer outcomes and commercial performance. Report portfolio insights to executives, manage escalations, support expansion opportunities, and leverage AI, customer platforms, and data-driven programs.

Leads Prophix’s global Solutions Engineering presales organization, including team development, capacity planning, enterprise demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, competitive positioning, enablement, hiring, and performance reporting. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate pipeline, improve win rates, inform product strategy, and scale presales capabilities across regions and markets.

The Revenue Operations Analyst monitors funnel, marketing, pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance; identifies drop-offs and attribution issues; evaluates ICP fit and channel effectiveness; audits CRM and tracking data; facilitates cross-functional efficiency initiatives; and recommends process and system improvements. The role collaborates with Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing while delivering recurring and ad hoc analysis.
