Teams at Proof of the Pudding

Provide hands-on event technology support for POS systems, mobile devices, cabling, and equipment setup/troubleshooting during the RBC Canadian Open. Ensure devices function correctly, assist with installations, communicate technical issues, and support opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced, in-person event environment.

Manage off-premise logistics for Marigolds and Onions: coordinate deliveries, equipment and decor drops, warehouse inventory and security, truck scheduling and maintenance, and staff (10-15) hiring/training. Oversee event rollouts, safe driving, physical setup/breakdown, labor scheduling, and sanitation. Based in York, ON with nights/weekends availability.

Supervise suite attendants at two major sporting events, ensure suites are set up to client specifications, coordinate staff and food/beverage delivery, resolve issues, assist with stocking and maintenance, maintain radio communication with managers, and complete post-shift walkthroughs to ensure high-quality guest service.
