Leads Marigolds & Onions’ Canadian growth strategy, business development pipeline, market expansion, and complex opportunity pursuits. Builds senior relationships across sports, entertainment, hospitality, venue, cultural, and institutional markets; originates, negotiates, and closes strategic opportunities; evaluates financial viability; coordinates cross-functional proposals; forecasts pipeline performance; and transitions won business into operations. Extensive travel throughout Canada and periodic travel to the United States is required.

Supervise suite attendants at two major sporting events, ensure suites are set up to client specifications, coordinate staff and food/beverage delivery, resolve issues, assist with stocking and maintenance, maintain radio communication with managers, and complete post-shift walkthroughs to ensure high-quality guest service.

Manage off-premise logistics for Marigolds and Onions: coordinate deliveries, equipment and decor drops, warehouse inventory and security, truck scheduling and maintenance, and staff (10-15) hiring/training. Oversee event rollouts, safe driving, physical setup/breakdown, labor scheduling, and sanitation. Based in York, ON with nights/weekends availability.

Provide hands-on event technology support for POS systems, mobile devices, cabling, and equipment setup/troubleshooting during the RBC Canadian Open. Ensure devices function correctly, assist with installations, communicate technical issues, and support opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced, in-person event environment.
