Develop profitable new business for PPG’s Automotive Refinish products within an assigned territory. Build and manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, maintain sales records, provide product guidance, conduct demonstrations and training, and collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support.

Supports manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, loading and unloading parts, masking and unmasking components, inspecting products, processing non-conforming materials, performing rework, packing goods, and maintaining production records. The role includes basic equipment troubleshooting, material handling, housekeeping under 5S standards, and adherence to safety and quality procedures while supporting production goals.

Oversee nightly production operations, lead and develop production employees, ensure compliance with TS/IATF/ISO quality standards and safety, monitor productivity and quality metrics, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement and housekeeping in the assigned production area.
