Designs and leads PointClickCare’s new HR Portfolio Management Office. Responsibilities include creating portfolio governance, capacity management, prioritization, OKR and scorecard frameworks, initiative dashboards, project oversight, dependency tracking, and cross-functional rollout coordination. The role advises the VP of People Strategy & Transformation, represents HR in enterprise planning forums, and influences stakeholders across HR without direct authority.

Develop and maintain scalable Java applications and REST APIs using Spring Boot. Write clean, efficient code, automate tasks, test using TDD, troubleshoot systems, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. Review code, validate software, apply current technologies, and contribute to product improvements. The role may also involve cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, security protocols, UI frameworks, on-call support, and mentoring.

Develop and execute pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for SaaS products. Conduct customer and market research, build financial and pricing models, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements. Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success on product launches, strategic deals, sales enablement, and operational adoption. Use AI tools to support quantitative analysis, scenario modeling, reporting, and pricing optimization.
