As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple Agile teams, oversee technical design, ensure quality software delivery, and mentor engineers while driving an AI-first culture in development practices.

Responsible for driving revenue from named regional accounts through strategic account planning, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration. Build executive-level relationships, develop ROI-based business cases, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and ensure customer value realization and retention. Maintain deep product and healthcare policy knowledge and meet quota and expansion metrics.

Process Marketplace quotes, product corrections, cancellations, and Shared Services cases using Salesforce and established processes. Validate pricing and billing, escalate non-standard scenarios, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success. Support continuous improvement and use AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency during a six-month contract.
