Post-go-live customer success lead owning a portfolio of Smart Factory accounts. Drive adoption, on-site change management, renewals, expansion, multi-site deployments, business reviews, and cross-functional issue resolution to protect and grow recurring revenue and ROI.

Owns full-cycle technical recruiting across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate experience through onboarding, partnering with People and Culture to standardize hiring, developing talent pipelines, organizing recruiting initiatives, and using hiring data to improve efficiency and outcomes. The role requires experience recruiting for technical, product, and sales positions in fast-paced technology environments.

Provide global customers with technical support through email and phone, resolve complex software inquiries, manage support tickets, create reports, test and document defects, coordinate incident resolution with development teams, and maintain knowledge resources. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills, with occasional customer travel.
