Teams at Nagarro

Coach and lead Scrum teams using Agile/SAFe practices. Facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, coach product owners on backlog management, track and report Agile metrics, resolve conflicts, and drive team maturity and transparency to stakeholders.

Serve as Product Owner (EST) defining product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize work, lead sprint ceremonies, coordinate with stakeholders and engineering, validate deliveries, drive adoption, and ensure documentation and testing.
