Architects and leads enterprise Snowflake Cortex AI and data platform solutions, including RAG, conversational analytics, AI agents, vector search, and ML workflows. Owns platform roadmaps, scalable pipelines, data models, governance, security, and cost optimization. Uses Snowpark, Snowflake ML, Python, SQL, and orchestration tools to operationalize AI systems. Partners with business and engineering leaders, conducts architecture and code reviews, mentors technical teams, and guides adoption of emerging Snowflake capabilities.

Designs, develops, and supports Infor M3 integrations using Infor OS, ION, MEC, APIs, workflows, and web services. Troubleshoots integration issues, performs root cause analysis, develops extensions and reports, supports data migration, and provides L2/L3 production support. Collaborates with functional consultants and business users, supports upgrades and cloud migrations, manages testing and deployments, and prepares technical documentation.
