Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks (UI, mobile, API) using Java, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and REST Assured. Integrate tests with CI/CD, run on cloud test platforms, contribute to test strategy, and leverage AI tools to improve test automation and analysis.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and POM frameworks for web, Salesforce Lightning, customer portals, and mobile apps. Build API tests with REST Assured, run tests on cloud platforms, integrate suites into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), contribute to test strategy and regression suites, and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve automation productivity and failure analysis.

Provide Level 2/3 functional support for Infor M3 Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Sales, WMS/MMS, Distribution), troubleshoot M3 programs, perform functional configuration, analyze business processes, coordinate with technical teams for fixes, and communicate with global users to meet SLAs and ensure business continuity.
