The Business Development Manager will develop relationships with clients, promote Beacon's business banking services, and manage sales pipelines while collaborating with various teams to execute commercial agreements.

Own product problem spaces across banking, remittances, wallets, and partnerships. Define outcomes, write requirements, coordinate with engineering/design/partners, run A/B tests, track KPIs, and support go‑to‑market and post‑launch optimization.
