Build and operate production MongoDB integrations and application capabilities directly within ISV codebases. Design data models, migrations, synchronization, dual-write and CDC solutions, and production-ready deployments across cloud, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. Collaborate with partner engineers through implementation, code reviews, documentation, rollout, and knowledge transfer. The role involves regular travel and on-site work with partners.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MongoDB’s Partner Platform, including Partner API, self-service onboarding, enterprise controls, billing, discovery, and partner-managed experiences. Translate partner and customer needs into scalable product capabilities, establish operating models and success metrics, and coordinate engineering, security, billing, design, documentation, marketing, and field teams. Represent MongoDB externally while enabling reliable, secure experiences for human and AI-agent developers.

Manage strategic G2000 customer accounts as a technical and business advisor. Drive retention, consumption growth, revenue realization, executive advocacy, and long-term success through customer business reviews, roadmap alignment, forecasting, and risk mitigation. Build relationships with C-suite and technical leaders, coordinate global resources, influence product strategy, and lead complex migrations and modernization initiatives.
