Drive and close net-new and expansion sales within MongoDB's strategic accounts. Build and qualify pipeline, cultivate executive and multi-level relationships, execute upsell/cross-sell strategies, meet quarterly quotas, and collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Lead strategic post-sales relationships for Enterprise (G2000) accounts, driving customer retention, revenue realization, and advocacy. Advise on complex MongoDB deployments, conduct business reviews, create success plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, mentor peers, influence product roadmap, and maintain accurate internal systems. Role is Toronto-based hybrid.

Design, implement, and maintain backend software for Atlas Search, focusing on scalability and system architecture improvements while collaborating with a team.
