Leads business data analysis, reporting, performance measurement, predictive modeling, and dashboard development for government contract programs. Extracts, cleanses, analyzes, and governs data from multiple sources using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, and R. Translates complex findings into strategic insights, ensures reporting and contractual compliance, improves reporting processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and program outcomes.

Leads the design, administration, and continuous improvement of performance review, talent management, succession planning, and talent assessment programs. Advises leaders and HR partners, administers talent systems, analyzes workforce data, develops process resources, supports leadership development initiatives, and drives process excellence, user adoption, and organizational capability through strategic consultation and continuous improvement.

Leads pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and commercial decision support across Government, B2B, and B2C portfolios. Develops pricing models, profitability analyses, KPIs, business cases, and scenario analyses to optimize revenue and margins. Partners with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and executive leadership on deal structuring, contracts, negotiations, forecasting, process improvement, automation, and pricing controls. Builds pricing capabilities and provides strategic recommendations based on market, customer, cost, and competitive insights.

Provides strategic HR partnership to leaders across national business functions. Advises on workforce planning, talent management, employee and labor relations, organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, culture, and change management. Uses data and business acumen to recommend people solutions, support HR initiatives, coach leaders, and address complex organizational challenges. Hybrid role requiring at least three days onsite weekly.
