Leads enterprise business continuity and operational resilience programs, including business impact analyses, continuity planning, cyber incident recovery, tabletop exercises, recovery testing, incident preparedness, and remediation tracking. Partners with technology, cybersecurity, operations, and corporate stakeholders to identify resilience gaps, align recovery capabilities, maintain plans and playbooks, support emergency management readiness, and improve organizational response to operational and technology disruptions.

Provides inbound customer support for Ontario LifeLabs customers and clients. Screens calls, resolves or escalates inquiries, communicates test results to healthcare providers, processes additional testing requests, coordinates physician consultations, maintains confidentiality, and follows safety and security procedures. The role requires accurate information handling, strong communication, computer proficiency, problem-solving, teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends.

The Senior Security Operations Centre Analyst monitors and investigates cybersecurity threats, leads high-severity incident response and forensic analysis, develops and tunes SIEM/EDR detection rules, and improves SOC tools, playbooks, and processes. The role collaborates with IT and engineering teams, supports containment and recovery, conducts post-incident reviews and exercises, researches advanced threats, and mentors junior analysts. Off-hours incident response support may be required.

Configure, integrate, maintain, and optimize cybersecurity tools including firewalls, WAF, endpoint protection, SIEM, and cloud security platforms. Support security operations, investigate alerts, assist with incident containment and remediation, develop detection logic, and lead security technology projects. Maintain documentation, runbooks, integrations, dashboards, and compliance evidence while collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, network, application, SOC, and vendor teams.

Leads the design, administration, and continuous improvement of performance review, talent management, succession planning, and talent assessment programs. Advises leaders and HR partners, administers talent systems, analyzes workforce data, develops process resources, supports leadership development initiatives, and drives process excellence, user adoption, and organizational capability through strategic consultation and continuous improvement.

Leads pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and commercial decision support across Government, B2B, and B2C portfolios. Develops pricing models, profitability analyses, KPIs, business cases, and scenario analyses to optimize revenue and margins. Partners with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and executive leadership on deal structuring, contracts, negotiations, forecasting, process improvement, automation, and pricing controls. Builds pricing capabilities and provides strategic recommendations based on market, customer, cost, and competitive insights.

Provides strategic HR partnership to leaders across national business functions. Advises on workforce planning, talent management, employee and labor relations, organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, culture, and change management. Uses data and business acumen to recommend people solutions, support HR initiatives, coach leaders, and address complex organizational challenges. Hybrid role requiring at least three days onsite weekly.
