Develops, optimizes, and sustains Atmospheric Plasma Spray and related coating processes for fuel cell and automotive products. Provides production, maintenance, and quality support; establishes process parameters and work instructions; conducts trials, experiments, data analysis, capacity studies, and root-cause investigations. Supports APQP, prototypes, inspections, equipment troubleshooting, continuous improvement, operator training, and compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Program, debug, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, robots, motion systems, and automated production equipment. Support equipment design, assembly-line startups, customer-site commissioning, industrial network configuration, LabVIEW programming, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams while modifying existing equipment and developing new automation solutions.

Leads new product launches from concept through production start-up, coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance. Manages timelines, capital equipment procurement and commissioning, manufacturing process validation, APQP and customer deliverables, project costs, risks, capacity, and resources. The role also supports line transfers, continuous improvement, supplier relationships, and automotive quality compliance, including PPAP and IATF 16949 requirements.

Lead continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving across production cells. Manage cell-level quality systems (control plans, SPC, inspection records), supplier quality (PPAP, non-conformances, corrective actions), coach technicians, ensure compliance with IATF/ISO standards, and support cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.

Lead commercial strategy and global account growth for robotics products. Manage pricing, contracts, P&L, and margin optimization. Define product roadmaps from customer and market requirements, coordinate with engineering and project teams to deliver awarded programs, and build long-term international customer relationships while addressing pricing risks and tooling schedules.

Develop, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize non-destructive testing (NDT) systems across manufacturing. Evaluate inspection technologies, support equipment selection and validation, analyze inspection data to identify root causes and trends, create standardized work instructions, and drive continuous improvement alongside production and engineering teams.
