Processes supplier invoices, employee expenses, corporate credit card transactions, and authorized payments. Reconciles supplier accounts, supports month-end close and audits, investigates discrepancies, maintains financial records, and responds to supplier inquiries. The role also supports accounts payable process standardization and automation while ensuring compliance with company controls and approval requirements.

Supports the design and development of electrical control systems for custom automation equipment and assembly lines. Creates schematics, bills of materials, wire lists, panel layouts, and engineering documentation using EPLAN or similar CAD software. Assists with machine safety assessments, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with Ontario safety regulations, CSA standards, and electrical codes. Collaborates with mechanical designers, controls engineers, and project managers.

Designs mechanical automation systems for robots, assembly lines, inspection cells, production gauges, and special-purpose equipment. Responsibilities include engineering calculations, component selection, SolidWorks drawings and bills of materials, standards compliance, manufacturing support, vendor and customer communication, project estimating, documentation, and supervision of junior designers and co-op students. Requires a mechanical engineering degree or diploma, 3+ years of automation design experience, and knowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical devices, and machine shop techniques.
