Maintain costing systems, support inventory counts and audits, analyze variances, build quoting/should‑be cost models, translate operational KPIs into financial impact, and drive cost‑reduction and control improvements.

Lead electrical and machine safety system design for complex automated assembly and manufacturing projects. Develop schematics, control and power architectures, safety circuits, and network designs. Integrate robotics, motion control, vision systems, and automated material handling. Conduct safety risk assessments, design reviews, mentor designers, support customer meetings, and drive standardization and proposal development.
