Leads new product launches from concept through production start-up, coordinating cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance. Manages timelines, capital equipment procurement and commissioning, manufacturing process validation, APQP and customer deliverables, project costs, risks, capacity, and resources. The role also supports line transfers, continuous improvement, supplier relationships, and automotive quality compliance, including PPAP and IATF 16949 requirements.

Leads a portfolio of automotive product development and launch programs from RFQ through series production. Manages Program Managers, cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, costs, customer communication, and profitability. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operations, sales, and finance to achieve launch objectives. Supports RFQs and business cases, leads executive program reviews, standardizes program processes, and develops team capabilities.

Maintain, repair, refurbish, and implement production equipment and facility systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role involves mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, CNC, welding, and machining work; maintaining equipment quality systems; supporting new or modified production machines; and meeting operational efficiency targets. Candidates need a skilled trade certificate or relevant industrial experience, at least five years maintaining CNC and automated assembly equipment, automotive systems knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
