Provide technical and sales support by preparing quotations, processing orders, recommending products, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with suppliers, delivering after-sales support, maintaining records, and supporting collections to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Supports Finance & Accounting through monthly financial reporting, KPI dashboards, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, reconciliations, variance investigation, and business insights. Analyzes sales, margins, labour, service, project, freight, and landed costs while maintaining data accuracy. Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Service teams to improve reporting, automation, data quality, and analytical processes, and presents financial insights to stakeholders.

The Finance Associate supports various finance tasks, including voucher entries, customer communication, data maintenance, and month-end processes under the Accounting Manager's guidance.

Provide consultative field sales and technical support for spray, valve, and valve automation products across the GTA. Prospect and close sales opportunities, service existing accounts, recommend custom solutions, manage CRM, participate in joint calls with suppliers and management, and meet territory sales and profitability targets. Heavy day and occasional overnight travel required.

The Technical Sales Representative provides technical sales support for pump products, manages customer relationships, and meets sales targets through field consultations and CRM management.
