Lead delivery of large health-services projects for the Province of Ontario: define requirements, develop integrated schedules and complex budgets, manage cross-functional teams (unionized staff and consultants), control scope/changes, perform schedule and risk/issue management, prepare status reporting, oversee change control and knowledge transfer, and ensure adherence to OPS I&IT project methodologies and e-Health gating processes.
