Lead SecOps architecture and integration: design and optimize network and security architectures (SASE, SD‑WAN, ZTNA), manage SecOps platforms (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR), build detection engineering and telemetry pipelines, perform incident response and root cause analysis, produce technical documentation and briefings, and deliver cybersecurity training while coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise AI/ML solutions with emphasis on conversational AI and contact-center integration. Architect and modernize IVR, virtual assistants, voicebots, chatbots, and AI-enabled customer self-service to transform customer experience.

Lead defect triage and reporting, perform manual and automated regression testing, create detailed test cases, and execute diverse testing types (black box, penetration, security, system, unit, AODA, UAT). Hands-on with defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps. Public sector or contact centre experience is a plus.
