Develops and grows business relationships with insurance brokers across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include quoting, renewals, new-business follow-up, financing documentation, broker training, relationship management, escalations, and collaboration with sales leadership. The role requires strong customer service, communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus fluency in English and Quebecois French. This is a temporary contract of approximately six months with occasional territory travel.

Develop new business and manage existing insurance broker and agency relationships within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, customer visits, industry events, needs analysis, sales closing, onboarding, relationship growth, and communicating technology and service offerings. The role is remote but requires residence near or west of the Greater Toronto Area.
