Lead complex IT projects end-to-end, including ERP selection and implementation for Distribution across Canada and the US. Support and optimize end-to-end supply chain, transportation, logistics, and distribution processes. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyze needs, document requirements, improve processes, support ERP/WMS/TMS/EDI implementations and enhancements, perform testing (SIT/UAT), develop dashboards/KPIs, and deliver operational reporting and insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction.

Provide process engineering support for optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing facilities, including development of PFDs/P&IDs, mass and energy balances, process optimization for asphalt and thermal oil systems, functional testing of automated systems, participating in PHAs, and supporting capital projects and plant consultations.

Lead an assigned production shift to ensure product quality, safety, and production targets. Manage scheduling, training, performance, and discipline in a unionized environment. Use lean tools to improve processes, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, enforce SOPs and OSHA compliance, conduct safety investigations, and coordinate with other supervisors to resolve production problems.

Provide electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and project management to support multiple manufacturing plants. Upgrade legacy systems, commission automation projects, estimate labor, coordinate contractors, and travel to sites to improve production efficiency and safety.

Design, develop, test, and support Dynamics 365 F&O (X++) and Business Central (AL) solutions. Build Power Apps and Power Automate flows, integrate with Dataverse/Azure, manage deployments via Azure DevOps, support interfaces/APIs, resolve system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for ERP implementations and upgrades.

Analyze claims and insurance data, evaluate risk, prepare reports, manage policies and claims, support underwriting and internal clients, and contribute to insurance placement strategy.

The Industrial Millwright will maintain production machinery by performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, and Aura. Collaborate on various Salesforce initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to best practices.

The Business Systems Analyst collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, validate solutions, and support ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Business Central.
