Processes complex life-event cases involving deaths, separations, bankruptcies, retirement products, tax accounts, and unclaimed property. Performs account corrections, tax-slip amendments, transaction reviews, return calculations, and legislative compliance updates. Handles escalations, supports team members, manages project-related tasks, updates procedures and training, coordinates with Legal and internal partners, and oversees workflow to meet deadlines.

Lead and execute bilingual (English/French) marketing campaigns across digital and print channels for voluntary group insurance. Manage projects end-to-end, analyze performance, recommend optimizations, create and review bilingual materials, collaborate with Sales and designers, and ensure timely, on-brand delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
