Leads a multidisciplinary team handling complex insurance administration cases, policy changes, transactions, and reinsurance activities. Coordinates internal and external partners, MGAs, advisors, and sales leaders; supports complex decisions; approves transactions with financial risk up to $1 million; promotes electronic tools; identifies process improvements; and develops strong stakeholder relationships. The role also coaches employees, gathers business feedback, and supports nationwide operations in English and French.

Analyze complex financial, tax, and estate planning situations for high-net-worth clients, professionals, and business owners. Develop wealth protection, accumulation, decumulation, and transfer strategies; support advisors; deliver training; monitor legislative and tax changes; and improve planning tools, resources, processes, and technical content.

Designs and implements low-code, automation, and AI solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Advises leaders on optimization initiatives, engages stakeholders, monitors efficiency and innovation KPIs, promotes strategic alignment, and supports a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves research, benchmarking, knowledge sharing, visual management, and adoption of leading practices across the organization.
