Build the Future With Us

Artificial intelligence is already transforming how organizations design services, make decisions, and create value. At iA, we want to make this transformation a tangible, responsible, and sustainable driver of value for our clients, advisors, employees, and business partners.

As a Solution Architect, Artificial Intelligence, you will play a key role in the design, integration, and evolution of robust, secure, governed, and production-ready artificial intelligence and generative AI solutions.

This position represents a unique opportunity to build the foundations of a sustainable AI capability, take initiatives from experimentation to real business impact, and fully leverage your expertise within a regulated financial services organization. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and the responsible use of emerging technologies.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us

As a Solution Architect, Artificial Intelligence, you will be at the heart of our responsible AI implementation efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design end-to-end architectures for AI and generative AI solutions, including intelligent agents, digital assistants, automation solutions, and advanced analytics use cases.
  • Define and evolve AI architecture patterns, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches, vector search, agent orchestration, API integration, tool calling, context management, and fallback strategies.
  • Translate business needs into secure, scalable, maintainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, data principles, and operational requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate platforms, models, cloud services, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and technology components based on value, risk, performance, cost, and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with business, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, development, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated into the existing technology ecosystem.
  • Define non-functional requirements for AI solutions, including security, privacy, performance, latency, resilience, traceability, observability, availability, and cost optimization.
  • Guide MLOps and LLMOps practices, including model and prompt versioning, CI/CD pipelines, continuous evaluation, production monitoring, quality metrics, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives, prototypes, and minimum viable products (MVPs) to validate technical feasibility, value hypotheses, risks, and scalability requirements.
  • Produce and maintain architecture documentation, key technical decisions, solution diagrams, standards, guidelines, and architecture review deliverables.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business and IT stakeholders, simplifying complex AI concepts and influencing decisions to promote practical, responsible, and achievable solutions.

What Could Help You Thrive in This Role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for expertise in solution architecture, software architecture, data architecture, or cloud architecture within complex enterprise environments.
  • Stands out for the ability to design and deploy artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI solutions that address real business needs.
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in modern AI ecosystems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, vector search, intelligent agents, and API-based model integration.
  • Is known for collaborative leadership, influence, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Typically has seven or more years of experience in information technology, including several years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the incumbent will regularly collaborate, influence, present recommendations, participate in committees, evaluate technology solutions, interact with vendors, and contribute to artificial intelligence initiatives with English-speaking partners, teams, and internal and external stakeholders.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Artificial intelligence is in everyone's hands, helping increase personal effectiveness while supporting organizational growth.

  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid work environment supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.
