Provides advanced application and technical support for Honeywell blending solutions, resolving customer issues, testing releases, delivering training, supporting sales, and improving team processes. The role collaborates globally, contributes to knowledge-base content, mentors junior staff, and supports refinery and process automation customers across North America. Travel is approximately 10%.

Support the consolidation and centralization of documentation from legacy systems into Documentum. Assist with configuring the platform, standardizing system functions, improving usability, training users, providing adoption support, and identifying continuous improvements based on feedback and system performance. The internship offers exposure to enterprise content management, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Serves as the primary customer contact, handling calls, emails, service orders, alarms, and customer issues. Creates and prioritizes service events in the CMMS, dispatches technical staff, monitors system availability, resolves discrepancies, and supports administrative and parking office functions. Coordinates with technical support, administration, and facilities teams while assisting other customer service associates.
