Lead sales and account growth for OT cybersecurity in building automation: develop strategic relationships, drive new customer acquisition and proofs-of-concept, meet revenue/margin targets, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and deliver consultative cybersecurity solutions across enterprise and industrial control clients.

Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures; manage import/export documentation, classification, licensing and customs; conduct audits and corrective actions; advise stakeholders, deliver training, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate trade compliance risks.

Provide advanced application and product support for Blending customers, manage and resolve technical cases, collaborate with global teams, contribute to knowledge base and releases, deliver training, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement. Travel ~10% within North America.
