Lead day-to-day coordination and governance of complex Smart Energy customer programs. Manage stakeholders, track actions/risks, support financial and procurement processes, improve standard work and reporting, and ensure timely customer communications and issue resolution to deliver strong customer experience.

Serve as the single point of contact for procurement across Honeywell's Canadian PPP/P3 portfolio. Lead full procurement lifecycle for healthcare and government infrastructure projects, develop strategic sourcing, negotiate and manage contracts, ensure PPP contractual compliance, drive cost savings and supplier performance, mitigate procurement risks, manage budgets and KPIs, and use SAP for procurement systems and reporting.

Provide advanced application and product support for Blending customers, manage and resolve technical cases, collaborate with global teams, contribute to knowledge base and releases, deliver training, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement. Travel ~10% within North America.
