Supports the design, development, delivery, measurement, and maintenance of learning solutions across onboarding, capability development, change initiatives, technology adoption, and performance improvement. Partners with learning professionals, business leaders, HR teams, vendors, and subject matter experts. Develops eLearning content, evaluates training effectiveness, maintains quality standards, manages multiple projects, and reports on learning metrics.

Supervises in-store logistics, merchandise flow, storage, transfers, special orders, staffing, task assignments, supplies, and product delivery to the sales floor. Provides employee coaching, reinforces departmental standards, monitors workflow and receipt trends, supports customer promise dates, and ensures compliance with privacy, cybersecurity, health, and safety requirements.
