Leads a retail sales team to achieve sales, service, and profit targets. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, retaining, and developing employees; resolving customer issues; managing client and loyalty programs; overseeing merchandise presentation and inventory performance; controlling payroll expenses; ensuring health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity compliance; and supporting store operations and seasonal planning.

Provides corporate and commercial legal counsel across contracts, governance, regulatory compliance, privacy, risk management, real estate, marketing, employment, and litigation. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises cross-functional teams, supports corporate governance and investigations, manages external counsel, leads legal projects, and mentors junior associates.

Provides administrative and operational support to a Personal Shopper by managing appointments, correspondence, client profiles, merchandise preparation, alterations, transfers, and customer follow-up. Maintains merchandising standards, personal shopping suites, store readiness, loss prevention, privacy, cybersecurity, and health and safety compliance. Supports client service and departmental financial objectives.
