Lead the Regulatory Reporting team to prepare and deliver accurate, timely RBNZ regulatory returns. Oversee risk-weighted asset and regulatory capital calculations, interpret RBNZ prudential requirements, review reporting processes and controls, and partner with Finance, Risk, Data and Business teams to ensure compliant reporting and data integrity.

Design, build and deliver cloud data platform projects using Snowflake, dbt and Azure Data Factory. Implement Data Vault 2.0 or dimensional models, develop ingestion/orchestration, optimise SQL performance, deliver governed semantic layers, ensure data governance and traceability, engage stakeholders, and follow disciplined engineering practices (CI, testing, docs) across NZ and Australian banking environments.

Design and deliver scalable, secure enterprise integration solutions and APIs. Build containerised microservices, shape CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with product and architecture teams, and own technical decisions across multiple systems and delivery streams in a high‑impact senior engineering role.
