Lead the Regulatory Reporting team to prepare and deliver accurate, timely RBNZ regulatory returns. Lead and enhance Heartland's Product Management Framework and governance standards. Provide oversight, guidance and challenge on product development and changes, coordinate product reviews and governance committees, maintain product portfolio visibility, and ensure risks, controls and regulatory obligations are identified and managed to deliver good customer outcomes.

Lead and deliver the Group Finance transformation portfolio across New Zealand and Australia. Partner with the CFO to translate strategy into executable programmes, oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, drive finance modernisation (automation, process and data improvement), prioritise resources, manage risks and dependencies, and build a high-performing team to support Heartland's digital and growth objectives.

Owner of treasury analytics and balance-sheet decisions: manage interest-rate and liquidity risk, support funding and securitisation activities, partner across the business, deliver precise analysis using advanced Excel, and translate complex market risk into actionable insights to optimise liquidity and funding strategy.

Support identification, assessment and management of technology and cyber security risks for critical banking services. Contribute to risk governance, AI risk, operational resilience, cloud security (Azure/M365), reporting and third-party risk, while developing skills and certifications under senior guidance.
