The Talent Acquisition Manager develops recruitment strategies, forecasts workforce needs, builds talent pipelines, and leads full-cycle hiring across corporate and operational roles. Performs qualitative and quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses using Safran Risk and Monte Carlo simulation. Owns corporate accounting and month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, balance sheet analysis, and supporting schedules. Supports quarterly and annual consolidated reporting, IFRS compliance, external audits, acquisition integrations, and accounting issue resolution. Partners with Finance and corporate teams while improving controls, data quality, reporting systems, and close-process efficiency.

The Workday Analyst supports and enhances Workday HCM and related modules, configuring business processes, security, integrations, reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data loads through EIB, data integrity audits, payroll coordination, release testing, impact analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across HR, Payroll, and leadership. The role requires strong Workday configuration, reporting, data management, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.

Leads the Temporary Works Engineering team as technical authority and Engineer of Record. Oversees structural design and review of temporary infrastructure, engineering governance, quality assurance, risk management, constructability, compliance, site support, project pursuits, and innovation. Recruits and develops engineering staff, manages resources, supports construction methodologies and estimates, and collaborates with operations, project management, and executive leadership across civil infrastructure and bridge projects.

Create and maintain resource-loaded project schedules (Primavera P6), analyze critical path and variances, support proposal/baseline schedules, monitor subcontractor timelines, run progress meetings, provide schedule data for reports and claims, and coordinate with commercial, engineering, and site teams.

Monitor and analyze geotechnical and structural instrumentation in real time, distinguish sensor noise from true movement, escalate exceedances, produce technical briefings and plots, perform site inspections and sensor maintenance, maintain records, optimize dashboards, and support 24/7 integrated operations.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations, perform forecasting and reporting, track operational metrics, identify financial risks and opportunities, support budgeting and project financials, and create reports, tools, and dashboards to drive decision-making.

Lead corporate accounting and month-end close, ensure balance sheet integrity, provide technical accounting advice to operations, improve processes and systems, support M&A integrations, and manage and develop an accounting team.

Manage project budgets and forecasts across construction developments, driving cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Partner with project teams to advise on cost savings, ensure compliance, mitigate financial risks, and maintain auditable records through project completion.

Designs and manages compensation strategy, job architecture, salary structures, and incentive programs. Leads annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, conducts pay‑equity analyses, partners with HRBPs and payroll/HRIS, provides data-driven insights and reporting, and advises senior leadership on compensation governance and policy.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale structural steel projects, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, supply chain risk, QA/QC and safety. Coordinate detailing, fabrication, and field erection teams, negotiate change orders, mentor junior staff, and maintain dispute-ready documentation across heavy civil and transit infrastructure projects.

Senior IT leader responsible for end-to-end technology integration for acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs. Lead IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, TSA management, application rationalization, cloud and infrastructure migrations, integration governance, budget and synergy realization, and cross-functional change management to realize deal value and ensure operational continuity.
