Lead Planner mentors planning team and develops resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedules for multi-year transit/highway projects. Responsibilities include critical path analysis, aligning baselines with budgets, schedule monitoring and reporting, subcontractor schedule review, cash-curve development, and supporting bids, proposals and contract negotiations while providing schedule forecasts and guidance to project teams.

Lead and grow the JDE business analysis function, managing in-house and contract BAs. Drive ERP solution delivery, full lifecycle implementations, M&A integrations, process improvements, governance, change management, and escalated operational support while mentoring and prioritizing cross-functional work.

Manage heavy civil and road construction projects to budget, schedule, and design. Oversee site performance, safety, quality, costs, estimating, subcontractors, and project closeout while leading and assessing project teams.
