Support the procurement team by administering vendor onboarding, NDA and contract management, maintaining master data and SharePoint repositories, managing procurement templates and documentation, enforcing compliance, and supporting implementation and upkeep of vendor performance/CRM tools. Provide administrative support across procurement streams and assist vendors through onboarding and renewals.

Frontline administrator responsible for procurement, verifying invoices and purchase orders, entering accounts payable data into JDE, resolving vendor discrepancies, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Create and maintain resource-loaded project schedules (Primavera P6), analyze critical path and variances, support proposal/baseline schedules, monitor subcontractor timelines, run progress meetings, provide schedule data for reports and claims, and coordinate with commercial, engineering, and site teams.
