The Talent Acquisition Manager develops recruitment strategies, forecasts workforce needs, builds talent pipelines, and leads full-cycle hiring across corporate and operational roles. The role manages and develops the Talent Acquisition team, partners with hiring managers and senior leaders, improves candidate experience and recruitment processes, analyzes hiring metrics, leverages Workday and recruitment technologies, and ensures compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to Ontario-based operational leaders, guiding workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, employee and labour relations, investigations, performance management, and change initiatives. The role supports unionized workforces, coaches leaders, interprets employment legislation and collective agreements, delivers HR programs, and leads enterprise projects. Based in Markham, Ontario, it requires regular regional travel and collaboration across HR functions.

Leads project risk management across complex infrastructure and heavy civil projects, developing risk plans, registers, mitigation strategies, governance, and reporting. Performs qualitative and quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses using Safran Risk and Monte Carlo simulation. Facilitates multidisciplinary risk workshops, collaborates with engineering, construction, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and commercial teams, and provides training, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
