Leads Geotab’s global social media and community strategy across customer, partner, and developer audiences. Oversees organic social channels, editorial calendars, community growth, engagement programs, content standards, analytics, crisis response, and cross-functional alignment. Manages and develops social media and community teams while establishing governance, performance goals, and KPI reporting. Partners with marketing, communications, product, sales, and support teams to strengthen brand authority and engagement.

Drives recurring revenue growth across Fortune 1000 fleet accounts through enterprise prospecting, consultative sales, executive relationship development, upselling, channel partnerships, contract negotiations, and full-cycle deal ownership. The role requires accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesloft and Salesforce, collaboration with strategic account teams, trade show participation, and expertise in SaaS, telematics, and fleet management. Approximately 50% domestic and international travel is required.

Manage end-to-end government and commercial RFP, proposal, bid, quotation, and vendor questionnaire processes. Coordinate timelines, requirements, content collection, reviews, approvals, and submissions while collaborating with cross-functional subject matter experts. Responsibilities include writing, editing, proofreading, maintaining CRM records, managing government procurement portals, supporting proposal projects, updating content, reporting, training, and improving RFX processes and tools.

Administer and validate sales incentive program (SIP) calculations, reconcile compensation and CRM data, resolve commission inquiries, support payout cycles, maintain data integrity, and analyze commission trends while recommending process improvements.

Own end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution for Geotab’s public sector segments. Lead market research, buyer personas, positioning, messaging, content, sales enablement, launches, demand generation, and association engagement. Translate public sector purchasing dynamics, compliance requirements, and customer insights into marketing programs that drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and pipeline. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and external partners while representing Geotab at industry events.

Design, develop, validate, and optimize deep learning computer vision models for real-time edge processing in camera systems. Responsibilities include object detection, segmentation, tracking, sensor fusion, model quantization, pruning, deployment pipelines, monitoring, failure investigation, technical documentation, cross-functional delivery, mentoring, and technical interviews.

Generates new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, live chat, networking, and trade shows. Qualifies prospects using BANT criteria, communicates technical solutions, conducts demonstrations, schedules appointments for business development managers, and supports pipeline and revenue goals. The role requires collaboration with sales teams and partners, strong CRM and sales engagement tool proficiency, and knowledge of fleet management, telematics, and related technology platforms.

Provide bilingual English-Spanish technical support to customers, partners, sales representatives, and internal teams. Troubleshoot Geotab hardware, software, connectivity, database, portal, reporting, and integrated technology issues. Manage cases through resolution, document solutions, coordinate device returns, escalate critical concerns, and support 24/7 operations through phone, chat, and email. Use Excel, programming, and data warehouse knowledge to diagnose issues and deliver effective customer-focused solutions.

Build and maintain a high-performance, scalable telematics platform processing real-time data from millions of vehicles and devices. Responsibilities include writing C# and other software, contributing to architecture and design, performing code reviews and troubleshooting, developing prototypes, documenting requirements, mentoring junior developers, researching technologies, supporting technical users, and participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.

Develop and maintain high-performance telematics software using C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Design applications, translate use cases into functionality, perform test-driven and security-driven development, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance and software defects, and build prototypes and proofs of concept. Collaborate with technical teams on scalable, reliable system architecture while documenting solutions and managing multiple priorities.

Lead the Drive App product vision, roadmap, and driver experience. Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and marketing, define metrics and experiments, improve driver satisfaction and retention, and lead platform evolution while communicating strategy to senior leadership.

Support sales and business development by drafting, negotiating, and executing revenue-impacting contracts. Identify and mitigate contract risks, collaborate with legal and internal stakeholders, manage contract-related projects and documentation, leverage AI tools to increase efficiency, and provide status reports while meeting deadlines and supporting continuous improvement.

Manage and continuously improve Geotab's Salesforce platform: configure Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds, ensure data quality and security, oversee integrations and migrations, evaluate releases, develop/test enhancements, deliver training, and mentor team members to elevate Business Systems capabilities.

Lead evaluation, selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications with a focus on AI-driven automation and AIOps. Design and deploy LLM-based workflows, AI agents, observability and predictive monitoring, perform health checks and upgrades, troubleshoot cross-team incidents, define technical roadmaps, and mentor IT Applications team members while creating SOPs and documentation.

The Sales Enablement Lead will define and drive sales readiness strategies for specific products, ensuring alignment with Sales leadership and facilitating executable solutions throughout the revenue lifecycle.

Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex, revenue-impacting contracts. Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal to manage contract lifecycle, assess risk, support compliance and continuous improvement, mentor junior staff, and use AI and contract tools to increase efficiency.
