Lead development and operations of Geotab's global cloud infrastructure, drive automation and IaC, own monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/Victoria Metrics), automate certificate lifecycle and GCP cost management, implement AI/ML for predictive monitoring and anomaly detection, handle on-call provisioning requests, and mentor teammates.

Administer and validate sales incentive program (SIP) calculations, reconcile compensation and CRM data, resolve commission inquiries, support payout cycles, maintain data integrity, and analyze commission trends while recommending process improvements.
