The Lifecycle & Support Communications Specialist manages customer communications, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of service notifications and updates across the global customer base. Design end-to-end user experiences for Geotab web applications, lead research, prototyping, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration. Create flows, wireframes, and visual UI elements, ensure accessibility (AODA), and support implementation (including occasional JavaScript/React coding). Maintain design system coherence and track feature delivery.
