Lead product strategy and roadmap for telematics and IoT products. Drive customer discovery, prioritize portfolio initiatives, translate needs into epics, and measure success with qualitative and quantitative metrics. Collaborate with UX, engineering, data science, and stakeholders to validate solutions, mentor product managers, and ensure alignment from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned channel Partners to drive revenue and unit sales. Enable Partners with training, tools and co-marketing; forecast and document activity in Salesforce; coordinate cross-functionally to support onboarding, product feedback, RFPs, and partner-led implementations. Attend trade shows and run regular business reviews to expand partner success.

Lead translation of global partner program strategy into scalable operational programs. Build operational frameworks, manage day-to-day program operations, track partner KPIs, create AI-driven reporting, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and deliver executive-ready program performance updates to drive partner and commercial outcomes.
