The Corporate Development Analyst will source, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities while performing financial analyses, supporting portfolio oversight, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve investment objectives.

Develop and execute Marketplace marketing plans and campaigns, manage global partner onboarding end-to-end, create and optimize content, liaise with resellers and internal teams, review and maintain partner marketing materials and documentation, track partner progress (JIRA, onboarding checklist), and evolve Marketplace marketing strategy to drive awareness and revenue.

Lead and manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, credit checks, collections, compliance, forecasting and reporting. Coach and develop a high-performing AR team, negotiate with clients on non-payment issues, maintain accurate records, monitor credit and pricing accuracy, and drive AI/automation initiatives to improve throughput and efficiency while supporting global strategic initiatives.
