Supports warehouse automation and robotics system implementations, including software configuration, Linux and SQL deployment, API integration, SIT/UAT, troubleshooting, hypercare, client support, documentation, and training. The intern will progressively lead defined testing and project workstreams while collaborating with clients and global teams. Domestic travel within the Americas may reach 75%.

Supports warehouse automation and robotics solutions through customer data analysis, capacity modeling, CAD layout development, simulation, and engineering recommendations. Develops AI-enabled tools and automation scripts, collaborates with cross-functional teams, tracks deliverables, and presents technical work. With experience, the intern may own smaller projects or workstreams from requirements through solution development and presentation.

Provides L2 technical support for complex system issues, including performance bottlenecks, integration failures, database problems, and application issues. Troubleshoots Linux, MySQL, Java, networking, and system architectures; performs root-cause analysis; supports upgrades; documents solutions; improves knowledge bases; and trains L1 teams and customers. The role requires collaboration with R&D and product teams and may involve robotics, logistics automation, WMS, or WCS environments.
