The Senior Curtainwall Designer will design, coordinate, and oversee complex curtainwall systems from concept through delivery, ensuring adherence to project specifications and constructability standards. Responsibilities include mentoring junior team members and collaborating with various project teams.

Lead internal communications, employee engagement, and brand initiatives across North America. Develop and execute communication strategies, oversee channels and executive messaging, support organizational change, manage a small communications team, and coordinate external marketing and creative partners to ensure a consistent employer brand and employee experience.

Operate and program CNC brake press and related metal shop equipment, read and interpret blueprints, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting, meet production deadlines, and assist the metals team with various production tasks.

Lead the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI assistants across office and field teams. Plan phased deployments, map workflows to identify friction, build concise job-specific enablement in Docebo, intake and triage requests, create small automation solutions, instrument and report usage metrics, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to govern and activate appropriate AI features.

Manage complex IT projects including software implementations, ERP/HRIS/payroll/time systems, infrastructure rollouts, stakeholder communication, governance, schedules, budgets, risk/issue resolution, and change control (pCAB).

Design, architect, develop, and test web applications with a focus on .NET and cloud technologies while ensuring code quality and integration of systems.

The ERP Business Analyst supports ERP systems for finance, procurement, and project accounting while performing data mapping, integrations, and reporting. Responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, ensuring compliance, training users, and leading ERP-related workshops.

Provide administrative support for insurance, bonds, and prequalification submissions for Canada and US branches; manage payments, reconciliations, logs and renewals; enroll projects in CCIP/OCIP programs, prepare payroll and audit reports, and perform general office duties including data entry and filing.

Support Project Managers by coordinating schedules, tracking action items, managing small IT projects (M&A, rollouts, upgrades), handling SOWs and documentation, preparing communications and reports, enforcing PMO standards, assisting business analysis, and resolving project issues.

Lead a 14-person development team to deliver internal and external web and mobile applications. Own sprint planning, release decisions, technical roadmaps, architecture, technical-debt strategy, QA independence, and introduce practical AI-enabled features while coaching and developing the team.

Program and operate AXYZ and other CNC and laser cutting machines, read and set up from blueprints, develop CNC programs, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting, ensure on-time production and quality, support new product development by creating BOMs, routings and fixtures, and help design efficient manufacturing processes.

Lead ERP data conversion activities: extract, cleanse, transform, validate and load master, reference, and transactional data. Build and optimize ETL pipelines, mappings, validation routines and load files. Support mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, reconciliation, error remediation, data quality metrics, and documentation while working with SMEs and ERP teams.
