Leads internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, and brand initiatives across North America. Develops employee communications, executive messaging, organizational change campaigns, and culture-building programs. Ensures consistent brand messaging and visual identity while managing a communications and graphic design team. Partners with HR, operations, safety, recruitment, and executives, and oversees external agencies, creative partners, and vendors.

Support ERP modules and business processes across finance, procurement, project accounting, manufacturing, inventory, and billing. Gather requirements, configure solutions, map and validate data, test integrations, develop reports, support implementations and upgrades, train users, document processes, troubleshoot systems, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, consultants, and solution architects throughout ERP delivery and post-go-live support.

Designs architectural panels and glass and glazing components using as-built point cloud data. Collects and documents construction-site measurements through conventional surveying and 3D scanning, compares as-built conditions with nominal designs, prepares reports, operates specialized measuring equipment, and supports quality control while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and builders.

Draft and design architectural metal panel systems using AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar software. Produce architectural approval, shop fabrication, and field installation drawings, including elevations, details, fabrication packages, and building-envelope components. Review specifications and sketches, incorporate engineering instructions, resolve design issues, revise drawing sets, and maintain drawing databases. The role supports large-scale construction projects and welcomes both experienced drafters and new graduates.

Design, prototype, test, and troubleshoot curtain wall and façade systems and components. Provide hands-on technical support, collaborate with design and engineering teams, improve manufacturing and installation efficiency, and ensure products meet industry standards, client specifications, and safety requirements. Travel within Canada and the United States for up to one week at a time.
