Design, prototype, test, and troubleshoot curtain wall and façade systems and components. Provide hands-on technical support, collaborate with design and engineering teams, improve manufacturing and installation efficiency, and ensure products meet industry standards, client specifications, and safety requirements. Travel within Canada and the United States for up to one week at a time.

Process and review payroll for salaried, hourly, union, and non-union employees. Ensure compliance with Canadian federal and provincial legislation, union rates, company policies, and government requirements. Prepare CRA, EHT, and union remittances, process garnishments, maintain employee records, support payroll system setup, respond to union inquiries, and liaise with branches on payroll matters.

Program and operate AXYZ and other CNC and laser cutting machines, read and set up from blueprints, develop CNC programs, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting, ensure on-time production and quality, support new product development by creating BOMs, routings and fixtures, and help design efficient manufacturing processes.

Administer and optimize HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance, and engagement systems. Partner with IT on integrations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution. Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring data accuracy and governance. Manage system access, security roles, audits, privacy, and compliance. Gather requirements, document processes, automate HR workflows, maintain user procedures, and provide training and stakeholder support.

Lead internal communications, employee engagement, and brand initiatives across North America. Develop and execute communication strategies, oversee channels and executive messaging, support organizational change, manage a small communications team, and coordinate external marketing and creative partners to ensure a consistent employer brand and employee experience.

Manage complex IT projects including software implementations, ERP/HRIS/payroll/time systems, infrastructure rollouts, stakeholder communication, governance, schedules, budgets, risk/issue resolution, and change control (pCAB).

Design, architect, develop, and test web applications with a focus on .NET and cloud technologies while ensuring code quality and integration of systems.
