Develop and deliver IT communication strategies and training programs for enterprise, ERP, and custom web/mobile applications. Create documentation, quick reference materials, and eLearning content; manage learning projects, perform training needs analysis, and support change management across Canadian and US operations while collaborating with IT, HR, and L&D stakeholders.

Provide administrative HR support including recruitment (posting, sourcing, phone screens, reference checks), onboarding and orientations, employee inquiries, documentation of personnel changes, compiling reports, attending job fairs/outreach, and assisting regional HR and special HR projects.

As a Senior Web Application Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to align tech solutions with business needs.
