Create digital creative for social media, email, web, and broader marketing channels. Develop engaging visuals and copy from briefs, imagery, footage, and stakeholder input while maintaining and expanding brand identity. Apply design principles, typography, color theory, layouts, design systems, and brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, collaborate with marketing, communicate and defend creative decisions, and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

Lead consolidation of fragmented analytics into a single source of truth, implement data governance and quality frameworks, define KPIs and BI tool strategy, migrate to a modern cloud data stack, enable first-party data and personalization via a unified customer data lake, partner with Product and Commercial teams, and manage Data & BI teams to deliver automated, revenue-driving analytics.

Design and analyze A/B tests, build and maintain predictive models (churn, CLV, forecasting), perform exploratory analysis, define features and metrics, deploy analytics AI agents, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Engineering to build clean data pipelines and dashboards that drive business decisions.

Execute migration of UK site pages and templates to a new platform: build reusable templates, translate designs into responsive pages, audit and map content, perform cross-browser QA, maintain SEO and analytics continuity, monitor site performance, and document processes for handoff.
