Oversees budgeting, forecasting, showback, chargeback, cost allocation, optimization, anomaly detection, and executive reporting. Establishes AI financial management practices, embeds cost controls into IaC and CI/CD, partners with engineering and finance teams, validates savings, and develops engineers and analysts.

Leads corporate development activities, including acquisition and divestiture execution, deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, approvals, integration support, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
