Lead development of executive and investor performance reporting for Personal Insurance. Co-lead Qualtrics surveys, analyze feedback, produce reports and dashboards, advise senior leaders, partner with HR Analytics, manage cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement and change initiatives.

Lead a central portfolio analytics function for Personal Insurance, delivering performance monitoring, scenario analysis, forecasts, and deep‑dive diagnostics. Build and coach an analytical team, manage project intake and priorities, and translate analyses into actionable portfolio recommendations for senior stakeholders to inform planning and portfolio decisions.
