Lead development of executive and investor performance reporting for Personal Insurance. Deliver P&L and operational analysis, identify drivers and risks, support forecasting, investor disclosures, and major initiatives. Improve reporting processes, governance, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled analytics. Coach and develop an operational reporting team and partner with Finance, Actuarial, Investor Relations, and business leaders to drive insights and actions.

Partner with independent insurance brokers to drive production, profitability, and growth through performance monitoring, business planning, training, and proactive communication. Provide broker onboarding, coaching, contractual guidance, and market insights while supporting sales initiatives across personal, commercial, small business, and farm lines. Act as escalation point and advocate for company positioning.

Manage complex auto claims end-to-end: investigate, interpret policy coverage, liaise with customers and vendors, process payments, initiate salvage/subrogation, maintain accurate files, and meet volume and disposition targets.
