Leads social performance reporting and recommends optimizations while coordinating content production with internal teams and external partners. Supports integrated marketing initiatives, maintains content calendars, and promotes social media governance and best practices across the organization.

Leads operational excellence and continuous improvement across contact centre operations. Develops productivity strategies, applies Lean methodologies, drives automation and transformation initiatives, monitors KPIs, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and delivers data-driven recommendations. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project risks and progress, communicates results to senior leadership, and ensures program delivery, benefit realization, and long-term sustainability.

Designs and optimizes Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, integrations, and multichannel campaigns. Uses AMPScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, analytics, A/B testing, Einstein capabilities, and AI to improve engagement and business outcomes. Partners with marketing, technology, CRM, analytics, and distribution teams while ensuring privacy, consent, accessibility, deliverability, and data governance compliance. Acts as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert and drives continuous improvement.
