Teams at Community Sports Partners

Oversee daily operations at a youth sports facility, welcoming customers, resolving concerns, coordinating staff, monitoring schedules and attendance, preparing activity spaces, and maintaining inventory and equipment. The role also supports coaches and instructors, promotes programs and products, and ensures high standards for customer service, safety, organization, and professionalism.

Officiate recreational volleyball games, enforce rules, make confident calls, manage a court independently, communicate with players, maintain punctuality and a welcoming atmosphere during weekday evening and weekend shifts.

Deliver basketball coaching to players of all ages, manage administrative tasks, design training programs, recruit players, and collaborate with staff.
