Own capital markets and corporate treasury operations, including loan-level and portfolio reporting, borrowing base and waterfall calculations, facility covenant compliance, cash and liquidity forecasting, lender reconciliations, servicing invoices, and financial models for funding facilities and capital raises. Support FP&A, month-end close, audit, tax, budgeting, and Board reporting while collaborating across the Finance team.

Own monthly BvA and Board reporting, maintain the operating model, lead budgeting and reforecasts, analyze variances, support liquidity and scenario analysis, and provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership. The role also contributes to month-end close, audit, tax, and cross-functional Finance deliverables while improving reporting through automation and modern data tools.

Leads and scales the business development team by recruiting, coaching, and managing BDRs. Owns sales development processes, KPIs, pipeline generation, forecasting, and operational improvements. Partners with marketing, sales enablement, sales operations, and account executives to optimize inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting. Provides strategic feedback to leadership while driving monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and revenue targets.
