The Opportunity

As we build a sustainably profitable company focused on long-term founder success, we're seeking results-driven BDRs to generate qualified opportunities for our revenue team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net-new pipeline through strategic prospecting and outbound activities

  • Research and identify decision-makers using multiple channels (LinkedIn, professional networks, industry publications)

  • Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, video, social)

  • Engage directly with C-suite and senior executives at high-growth eCommerce companies

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity targets

  • Qualify prospects using established sales methodology and handoff seamlessly to Account Executives

  • Stay current on eCommerce industry trends, challenges, and terminology

  • Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to continuously optimize results

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of BDR experience, bonus for financial services experience

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience with Account Based Marketing/Selling approaches

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior executives

  • Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization abilities

  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments

  • Genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed
