Use Figma, Replit, Claude Code, and AI-assisted workflows for ideation and prototyping while maintaining accessibility, usability, and design-system standards. Conduct user research and usability testing, collaborate with product and engineering teams, contribute to design practices, and help shape cohesive auditor journeys involving AI and agentic capabilities.

Own complex UX problems across audit, financial reporting, and analytics products from framing through implementation. Design AI-native and agentic experiences with appropriate transparency, oversight, and user trust. Lead research, prototypes, design-system contributions, accessibility quality, roadmap discussions, cross-team initiatives, critiques, and mentorship. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to establish standards and shape end-to-end auditor journeys.

Own the end-to-end growth and go-to-market arc for new product capabilities, including user research, positioning, pricing, beta programs, launches, and post-launch analysis. Translate usage data, customer feedback, and market signals into decisions, reporting, and prioritized product improvements. Partner with sales, support, leadership, and product teams to validate demand, measure adoption and revenue impact, and continuously improve future launches.

Supports the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives, leading data-driven analyses, financial models, market research, executive materials, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional program execution. Establishes governance, milestones, metrics, and accountability while monitoring risks, interdependencies, and progress. Helps advance AI transformation and translates enterprise priorities into measurable initiatives across Product, R&D, go-to-market, and corporate functions.

Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, quality, compliance, and go-to-market planning for Caseware’s Canadian audit, assurance, and financial reporting products. Serve as the expert on Canadian accounting standards and customer needs, represent Caseware to the profession, and lead the hiring, development, and growth of the Canadian product management team. Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams to manage portfolio performance, pricing, packaging, and delivery risks.

Leads Caseware’s third-party ecosystem strategy and product roadmap spanning integrations, connectors, marketplace capabilities, interoperability, and developer tooling. Defines build-buy-partner decisions, integration standards, partner certification, onboarding, monetization, and ecosystem performance measures. Partners with engineering, legal, finance, sales, support, and marketing while building and leading the ecosystem product team. Requires strong platform product management, commercial judgment, technical fluency, and executive-level strategy communication.

Own the roadmap for Caseware’s cloud-based assurance platform, translating financial audit methodology, customer feedback, and market trends into prioritized product requirements. Serve as an assurance subject matter expert, guide AI-driven audit capabilities, coordinate cross-functional release readiness, and collaborate with global engineering, product, sales, support, consulting, partners, and customers.

Own and execute the core platform roadmap for APIs, data, identity, and integrations. Define technical requirements, partner with engineering and product teams, monitor platform metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and produce documentation and enablement to drive adoption, scalability, security, and reliability across the Caseware Cloud ecosystem.

Own global paid media strategy and optimization across search, social, display, and programmatic. Lead North America execution, apply AI-driven solutions, manage six-figure budgets, run A/B tests, oversee audience segmentation and tracking, collaborate with content, product, and sales, deliver performance reporting, and optimize ABM campaigns to drive leads, pipeline, and ROI.

Design, develop, and maintain audit engagement content, methodologies, and automated workflows for Caseware's cloud audit products. Translate U.S. auditing standards into scalable software solutions, create templates and workpapers, support testing and UAT, collaborate with product, engineering, and QA, and research standards and automation opportunities to improve audit quality and efficiency.

Manage end-to-end technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, Data, and AI teams: build pipelines, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, leverage ATS and AI recruiting tools to improve hiring velocity and candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers and People Operations for onboarding.

Leads a global instructional design team responsible for scalable product education content supporting software adoption and customer success. Establishes learning standards, templates, taxonomies, workflows, governance, and quality processes across self-paced courses, VILTs, webinars, and knowledge content. Partners with Product, Professional Services, trainers, and subject matter experts to translate technical information into learner-focused education. Oversees priorities, capacity planning, content effectiveness, innovation, accessibility, certification alignment, and regional collaboration.

Lead reliability engineering for AWS and Kubernetes-based systems. Build secure CI/CD pipelines, improve observability, define SLOs, optimize distributed systems, manage incidents, and strengthen platform resilience. Partner with engineering, security, platform, and product teams while mentoring engineers and reducing operational toil through automation and developer tooling.

Provide executive administrative support for Go-To-Market and People leaders: manage calendars, travel, expenses, files, and meetings; coordinate events and partner with the admin team. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, validate AI outputs, and improve scheduling and communications. Maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and support ad hoc projects across the executive leadership team.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, developer platform tooling, and IaC for a large Nx monorepo. Improve release safety, observability, and reliability; support Kubernetes deployments, GitOps flows, and platform security; coach teams on DevOps best practices and developer experience.

Own strategic relationships for key enterprise accounts, align product and commercial roadmaps, manage escalations end-to-end, build dashboards for visibility and prioritization, turn ambiguous input into clear initiatives, and drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.

Lead North American growth marketing focused on new customer acquisition: plan and run omnichannel demand-generation campaigns (email, paid, webinars, ABM), optimize funnel and CAC, localize messaging, manage budget, report on CPL/MQL/pipeline, collaborate with sales and product marketing, and drive adoption of AI marketing tools to improve targeting and performance.

Lead UX design for cloud audit, financial reporting, and analytics products. Integrate AI-assisted tooling into workflows, design human-oversight for agentic features, evolve the design system, run AI-augmented research, drive cross-functional product discussions, and mentor junior designers.

Lead product strategy and operations: own board-level narrative, drive high-stakes strategy initiatives end-to-end, design annual planning frameworks, synthesize global inputs into concise decision documents, and act as a trusted thought partner to the CPO and product leadership to convert ambiguity into executive decisions.

Administer, configure, customize, and extend NetSuite to support finance and commercial processes. Design and maintain integrations (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, iPaaS), resolve system and data issues, support upgrades and release management, lead data migrations for acquisitions, ensure SOX/compliance and data governance, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and IT to automate quote-to-cash and revenue workflows.
