Own the strategy, roadmap, requirements, compliance, and commercial success of Caseware’s North American financial reporting solutions. Serve as the internal expert on US GAAP, Canadian reporting frameworks, and disclosure standards; translate changes into product priorities; work cross-functionally with engineering, content, sales, marketing, and customer success; engage accounting firms and industry bodies; and guide AI-enabled product innovation.

Manage and scale the in-house legal department’s operations, including CLM and e-signature systems, workflow design, outside counsel and vendor relationships, budgets, reporting, corporate records, compliance filings, knowledge management, and AI-enabled process improvements. The role supports contract processes, legal technology implementations, stakeholder training, and efficient delivery across a global SaaS company.

Leads North American growth marketing strategy focused on new customer acquisition, demand generation, omnichannel campaigns, funnel optimization, regional localization, budget allocation, and pipeline growth. Manages performance reporting, attribution, and marketing technology while collaborating with sales, product marketing, and regional leadership. Drives adoption of AI-powered tools to improve targeting, campaign execution, and conversion performance.

Own Caseware’s AI roadmap and serve as the single source of truth for priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and program health. Lead cross-functional AI launches from strategy through delivery, coordinating product, engineering, design, marketing, enablement, and support. Establish operating cadences, launch readiness processes, dashboards, metrics, and reporting. Proactively resolve blockers, clarify trade-offs, and improve program management tools and operating models across AI initiatives.

Analyze product and customer data to define metrics, build dashboards, measure feature performance, connect usage to revenue, and guide product, commercial, and go-to-market decisions. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Commercial teams, improves data quality, works with fragmented data, and promotes data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Own and support the roadmap for foundational Caseware Cloud platform services, including APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integrations. Translate strategy into requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes; partner with engineering on prioritization, design, sprint delivery, and technical trade-offs. Coordinate across product teams, manage dependencies and risks, document platform standards, monitor performance and adoption metrics, and promote technical product management practices.

Own and support the platform product roadmap for APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integrations. Translate technical strategy into requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes; partner with engineering and product teams on prioritization, delivery, and technical design. Monitor platform performance, reliability, and adoption, manage dependencies, maintain documentation, and improve product management practices across shared platform capabilities.

Lead prospective and existing customers through Caseware software evaluations, demonstrations, trials, pilots, migrations, and implementations. Partner with Account Management, Professional Services, Product, and technical teams to understand customer needs, translate feedback into product insights, and support adoption. Develop value-based demonstration assets, guide accounting technology modernization, maintain customer relationships, participate in events and thought leadership, and help create scalable internal processes.

Own the roadmap, quality bar, evaluation frameworks, and product outcomes for Caseware’s AI agents, agent builder, eval builder, and agentic memory. Partner with applied scientists, engineers, auditors, and accounting firms to validate outputs, define acceptance criteria, measure product health, and determine what ships. Translate practitioner workflows and failure modes into actionable requirements while monitoring AI advancements and coordinating delivery across technical teams.

Own and build Caseware’s global procurement function, including strategic sourcing, technology and SaaS negotiations, vendor management, contract and renewal processes, procurement analytics, governance, and automation. The role establishes scalable operating models, policies, controls, dashboards, and supplier management practices while partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, Information Security, and senior leadership to improve commercial outcomes, compliance, visibility, and third-party spend management.

Administer, configure, customize, and extend NetSuite to support finance and commercial processes. Design and maintain integrations (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, iPaaS), resolve system and data issues, support upgrades and release management, lead data migrations for acquisitions, ensure SOX/compliance and data governance, produce technical documentation, and collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and IT to automate quote-to-cash and revenue workflows.

Leads strategy, roadmap, execution, and continuous improvement for Caseware’s cloud-based audit workflow platform. Translates audit methodology and customer insights into platform and AI capabilities, manages product initiatives and KPIs, collaborates with global product and engineering teams, engages strategic accounts, and mentors cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires deep external audit expertise, strong product leadership, people management, data-driven decision-making, and CPA or equivalent certification.

Design user experiences for cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics products. Use Figma, Replit, Claude Code, and AI-assisted workflows for ideation and prototyping while maintaining accessibility, usability, and design-system standards. Conduct user research and usability testing, collaborate with product and engineering teams, contribute to design practices, and help shape cohesive auditor journeys involving AI and agentic capabilities.

Own complex UX problems across audit, financial reporting, and analytics products from framing through implementation. Design AI-native and agentic experiences with appropriate transparency, oversight, and user trust. Lead research, prototypes, design-system contributions, accessibility quality, roadmap discussions, cross-team initiatives, critiques, and mentorship. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to establish standards and shape end-to-end auditor journeys.

Own the end-to-end growth and go-to-market arc for new product capabilities, including user research, positioning, pricing, beta programs, launches, and post-launch analysis. Translate usage data, customer feedback, and market signals into decisions, reporting, and prioritized product improvements. Partner with sales, support, leadership, and product teams to validate demand, measure adoption and revenue impact, and continuously improve future launches.

Supports the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team on strategic initiatives, leading data-driven analyses, financial models, market research, executive materials, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional program execution. Establishes governance, milestones, metrics, and accountability while monitoring risks, interdependencies, and progress. Helps advance AI transformation and translates enterprise priorities into measurable initiatives across Product, R&D, go-to-market, and corporate functions.

Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, quality, compliance, and go-to-market planning for Caseware’s Canadian audit, assurance, and financial reporting products. Serve as the expert on Canadian accounting standards and customer needs, represent Caseware to the profession, and lead the hiring, development, and growth of the Canadian product management team. Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams to manage portfolio performance, pricing, packaging, and delivery risks.

Leads Caseware’s third-party ecosystem strategy and product roadmap spanning integrations, connectors, marketplace capabilities, interoperability, and developer tooling. Defines build-buy-partner decisions, integration standards, partner certification, onboarding, monetization, and ecosystem performance measures. Partners with engineering, legal, finance, sales, support, and marketing while building and leading the ecosystem product team. Requires strong platform product management, commercial judgment, technical fluency, and executive-level strategy communication.

Own the roadmap for Caseware’s cloud-based assurance platform, translating financial audit methodology, customer feedback, and market trends into prioritized product requirements. Serve as an assurance subject matter expert, guide AI-driven audit capabilities, coordinate cross-functional release readiness, and collaborate with global engineering, product, sales, support, consulting, partners, and customers.

Own and execute the core platform roadmap for APIs, data, identity, and integrations. Define technical requirements, partner with engineering and product teams, monitor platform metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and produce documentation and enablement to drive adoption, scalability, security, and reliability across the Caseware Cloud ecosystem.
